A ballot was given to every participant at BTC meeting, and will be collected by the Sergeant At Arms before adjournment. The Toastmaster of The Day will announce the best performers under the following categories :
@ The Best Prepared Speech Speaker.
@ The Best Personal Evaluator.
The
scores for each best performer of the week will be recorded and
summed up by the end of the 6 month term; the winner will be
proudly recognized and awarded at the Club Installation Ceremony.
